The Nevada Learning Network currently consists of the Nevada State College and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The consortium was formed in 2005 to address the immediate course management system needs. The cost and resource savings provided by the consortium have made it possible for both institutions to make tremendous strides forward in the technologies available to faculty.
Mission
The mission of the Nevada Learning Network is to enhance the educational process for all members through collaboration and the effective management and sharing of information technology resources.

NLN presents "Education Consortium Delivers Cost Savings and Efficiency: A Nevada Case Study" at the Educause Western Regional Conference
Summer 2006
NLN presents "Supporting a WebCT Vista Consortium" at the 8th Annual WebCT User Conference
Fall 2006
WebCampus (Vista 4) pilot is complete and all sections utilizing the Course Management System for both NSC and UNLV are offerred on the new Platform.
Fall 2006
First major upgrade for WebCampus is released and installed.
Summer 2007
Additional Disk Space added to accommodate the growing use of WebCampus.
