Chat and Whiteboard: Delete

CAUTION: When removing a room, all history of activity logged in that room is also deleted.  A removed chat room cannot be retrieved. If you want to keep the room but not allow users to access it any longer, you can make it unavailable via the Hide Item option.

Role(s) Needed: These instructions apply to Instructors and Designers. 

Step 1: From the Build or Teach tab, click the  Chat tool.

Step 2: Click the down arrow  icon next to the topic name and select  Delete

Step 3: Click OK if you really want to remove the room.
