Discussions: Copy Messages

Role(s) Needed: The instructions for copying discussion messages applies to Instructors and Designers.

Step 1: From the Build or Teach tab, click the Discussions tool.

Step 2: Go to the topic you want to copy messages from.

Step 3: Click the Expand All button to list all message threads.

Step 4: Check the messages to copy, or check the box next to Subject to select all.

Step 5: From the Copy to drop-down list, select the topic to which you want to copy the messages, and click the green Go arrow.

Step 6: Click OK on the confirmation message.

The messages are copied to the target topic.
