Discussions: Private Mail

There are 2 options:

Option 1: From the screen listing all the messages, click the person's name or click the ActionLinks icon by the person's name.  Then select Send Mail.

The Create Message screen appears with that user's name.  You can choose additional recipients by clicking the Browse for Recipients button.

Option 2: From the message screen for a message that you have opened, click the Forward button.

The Create Message screen pops up. Click the Browse for Recipients button to choose who to send the mail message to.
