Discussions: Move Selected Items

Role(s) Needed: These instructions apply to Instructors and Designers.

Step 1: From the Build or Teach tab, click the Discussions tool.

Step 2: Next to the topic you want to reorder, select the check box.

Step 3: Locate the topic above which you want the checked topic to appear and to the left of the target topic, click the Insert icon.

You can move topics across categories.

Step 4: Click Move Selected Items Above.

The topics appear in the specified order.

TIP: You can apply this same process to COPY topics, for instance if you want the same topic to appear across multiple categories.
