Grade Book: How do I hide or show grades for unenrolled students in my course?

Grade Book: Hide / Show Grade Information for Unenrolled Members
The grade information for unenrolled members remains in the Grade Book. However, you can specify to hide the grade information for unenrolled members. Alternatively, if the grade information for unenrolled members is hidden, you can make it viewable again.
Role(s) Needed: These instructions apply to Instructors and Teaching Assistants (if TAs are permitted use Grade Book).
From a Grade Book tab:
- To hide the grade information for unenrolled members, click , then select Hide Unenrolled Member Data. The grade information for unenrolled members disappears.
- To show the grade information for unenrolled members, click , then select Show Unenrolled Member Data. The grade information for unenrolled members appears.
