There is a common video error message in WebCampus regarding an invalid socket error.  Here is how to fix this error:

1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click on Tools, then Preferences.
3. Click on Network Transports.
4. Place a check box in Manually configure connections settings.
5. Click on RTSP Settings.
6. Uncheck Attempt to use Multicast for live content.
7. Uncheck Attempt to use UDP for all content.
8. Uncheck Attempt to use TCP for all content.
9. Check Attempt to use HTTP for all content.
10. Click OK
11. Click on PNA Settings.
12. Uncheck Attempt to use Multicast for live content.
13. Uncheck Attempt to use UDP for all content.
14. Uncheck Attempt to use TCP for all content.
15. Check Attempt to use HTTP for all content.
16. Click OK, than OK again to save the changes.
