Who's Online: I get the message "You logged in from a different browser with the same ID. The Who's Online Messaging will work only if you login again." What do I do?
ISSUE:
When you login to the online course system with the same ID from 2 different browsers or 2 different computers, you get the following message:
RESOLUTION:
If you are not using the Who's Online messenger, don't worry about it. If you are using Who's Online, log out from one of the computers (or one of the browsers). If Who's Online is not functioning still, log out from every place and log back in through one browser only.
